This year instead of doing all my shopping last minute I managed to get half of it done by today! I actually went to Best Buy with Heidi and got something for her with out here noticing what it was. Maybe next year I’ll be able to get my shopping done on my own in advance.

An hour after we got done shopping we went over to the Olson side of my family for Christmas. The house was packed. Everyone showed up and now we have 5 extra people due to significant other that are joining the family and new born kids. The Olson Christmas is packed with tradition like singing happy birthday to Jesus at dinner and singing Christmas songs before we open presents. Good times and memories.

I have work off until January 2nd. Over the next week I am planning on going snowboarding 3 or 4 times depending on the weather. If anyone is interested in getting some ski or snowboard time in over break let me know and we can get some groups together. Afton is close and a good price. Trollhaugen, Wild Mountain and Welch Village are also in the area. It seams like all the places have a good base and a snowboard park so I am happy with going anywhere.
